5070-13-3 Method of Analysis:

1. Properties: This product should be off-white to light yellow crystalline powder.
2. Content determination: octadecyl silane bonded silica gel as filler (250*4.6mm*5.0μm); Acetonitrile:Water =70:30 is the mobile phase; The detection wavelength was 254nm. Flow rate: 0.6ml/min; Theory board number press against NPC
The main peak should be no less than 2000.
Determination method: Take this product, make acetonitrile solution containing NPC 20μg in every 1ml, as the test product solution.
20μL of the test solution was injected into the chromatograph, and the retention time of the chromatogram to the main peak was 2 times.
Results: Calculated by area normalization method, the NPC contained no less than 99.0%.
3. Melting point: The melting point of the product shall be determined according to the melting point determination method (Appendix VII C, 2010 Edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia): 137.0~144.0 ℃.
4. NMR characterization: The frequency was 300MHz, and CDCl3 was used as solvent to conduct NMR characterization of samples at room temperature.
