(R)-(+)-BINAP (CAS: 76189-55-4), Suzuki-Miyaura Cross Coupling Reaction, Ligands, Asymmetric Synthesis, BINAPs, Chemical Synthesis, Chiral Catalysts, Ionic Liquids, Chiral Ligands, used as a chiral ligand for metal mediated asymmetric catalysis. (R)-(+)-BINAP can serve as an effective ligand for transition metal-catalyzed asymmetric reactions, including hydrogenation and dimethylsilylation. BINAP and its rhodium and ruthenium derivatives can be used as highly selective homogeneous catalysts for aryl ketones, reduction of β-ketoesters and α-aminoketones. It can also be used in asymmetric hydrogenation and hydroformylation reactions of olefins, asymmetric Heck reactions and asymmetric isomerization reactions of allyl groups.
