Ivabradine Hydrochloride is a hydrochloride synthesized from Ivabradine, and is used to treat patients with angina pectoris who cannot tolerate-blockers and/or heart failure. Ivabradine Hydrochloride is an orally bioavailable, hyperpolarization-activated, cyclic nucleotide-gated (HCN) channel blocker.
