It was developed and marketed as Viibryd by Forest Laboratories in the US. (CAS: 163521-08-2) is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor and 5-HT1A receptor partial agonist. It is indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD). (CAS: 163521-08-2) is a serotonergic antidepressant. Viibryd is available as tablet for oral use, containing 10 mg, 20 mg or 40 mg of free (CAS: 163521-08-2), and the recommended dose is 40 mg once daily.
