(3-Chloropropyl)trimethoxysilane is an organo-silane which forms a self-assembled monolayer (SAMs) that facilitates the surface modification of different bio-and nano- materials. (3-Chloropropyl)trimethoxysilan is mainly used as silane coupling agent products, is an important basic raw material for sol gel processing, it adds a proper amount of organic properties to the polysiloxane mesh. (3-Chloropropyl)trimethoxysilan is used as a coupling agent and as raw material for other coupling agents. (3-Chloropropyl)trimethoxysilan can be used as a silane coupling agent to improve the bonding performance of organic polymers such as epoxy resins, polyurethane, polyamide and other adhesives on various inorganic substrates.
