Spices used in food. 2-Isobutyl-3-Methylpyrazine found in coffee, baked potatoes, has an odour similar to that of fried potatoes. 2-Isobutyl-3-Methylpyrazine can be used to deploy cocoa, nuts and other fragrant food flavor. Each flavor component used for the preparation of flavor shall not exceed the maximum allowable amount and maximum allowable residual amount specified in GB 2760.
