FAQ:

Application:

7-(Diethylamino)coumarin-3-Carboxylic Acid, also known as 7ACC1 or DEAC, (CAS: 50995-74-9), has been used as a laser dye, fluorescent label, and biomedical inhibitor in many different applications. 7-(Diethylamino)coumarin-3-Carboxylic Acid is a reagent for the derivatisation of amines and proteins. It has also been used for labelling synthetic peptides for high-throughput detection. 7-(Diethylamino)coumarin-3-Carboxylic Acid is an amine-reactive fluorescent label used for protein conjugation. 7ACC1 selectively interfere with lactate fluxes in the lactate-rich tumor microenvironment;  inhibits lactate influx but not efflux in tumor cells expressing MCT1 and MCT4 transporters.
