2-Chlorophenothiazine (CAS: 92-39-7) is obtained by cyclization of m-Chlorodiphenylamine. m-Chlorodiphenylamine and sulfur were added to the reaction pan, the temperature was raised to 70℃, and iodine was added. The temperature is raised to 120℃, the hydrogen sulfide is discharged under reduced pressure, and then the temperature is raised to 168-172℃ for 0.5h. After cooling, chlorobenzene and activated carbon were added and heated to reflux for 1H. The filtrate was filtered while hot and cooled to 15℃ for crystallization. The filtrate was filtered, and the filter cake was washed once with chlorobenzene and ethanol to obtain 2-Chlorophenothiazine.
