1-Boc-Pyrrolidine-3-Carboxylic Acid is a reactant used in the synthesis of potent and highly selective ERK1,2 inhibitors.

Synthesis Method:

With Pyrrolidine-3-Carboxylic Acid as raw material, the target compound, 1-Boc-Pyrrolidin-3-Carboxylic Acid, was prepared by reaction with di-tert-Butyl Dicarbonate under the condition of Et 3 N/MeOH for Boc protection. The reaction formula for preparation of 1-Boc-Pyrrolidin-3-Carboxylic Acid.
