N,N'-Dicyclohexylurea (CAS: 2387-23-7), is a substituted Urea compound. Lomustine USP Related Compound C. It is the byproduct of the reaction of dicyclohexylcarbodiimide with amines or alcohols. N,N'-Dicyclohexylurea is an important intermediate in the synthesis of organic chemistry and biologically active compounds. N,N'-Dicyclohexylurea is a potent soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) inhibitor. It has been shown to lower systemic blood pressure by 22 ± 4 mmHg in SHR.
