N-Isopropylacrylamide (NIPAM) (CAS: 2210-25-5) is a monomer of derivatives. Due to the hydrophilic amide group and hydrophobic isopropyl group in the molecule, its homopolymer has good characteristics such as lower critical solution temperature.
