Dibutyltin Dichloride is used in organic synthesis, used as an organotin intermediate, polymerization catalyst. Dibutyltin Dichloride serves as heat and light stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride plastics. Further, it is used as ion exchange agent, process regulators and processing aids.
