4-Methylbenzophenone, UV Photoinitiator MBP (CAS: 134-84-9) is a highly efficient free radical type II solid photoinitiator, primarily with a tertiary amine synergists for unsaturated prepolymers (eg: acrylic resin) of UV curing, as well as synthetic organic pigments, pharmaceuticals, pesticides and other intermediates. 4-Methylbenzophenone is used as UV absorber, pharmaceutical intermediates, or used in UV-curing paints, coatings and inks. 4-Methylbenzophenone is used as clear coatings for wood, plastic and metal, overprint varnish.
