Biological activity 3-Nitro-L-Tyrosine is synthesized from L-Tyrosine by peroxynitrite, it is the product of nitric oxide and superoxide. 3-Nitro-L-Tyrosine can inhibit the hemodynamic response induced by angiotensin II by inhibiting the response mediated by alpha 1-adrenoptor.
