Application:

3-Aminopyrazole (CAS: 1820-80-0) is a heteroarylamine. 3-Aminopyrazole is an organic intermediate, which can be obtained by reduction of nitropyrazole, or 3 (5)-aminopyrazole-4-carboxylic acid can be prepared from ethyl ethoxymethylene cyanoacetate and hydrazine hydrate by ring-closing first, and then obtained by decarboxylation. 3-Aminopyrazole is used in the preparation of heterocyclic compounds of pharamaceutical. Used in the preparation of pesticides. Employed in a one-pot synthesis of pyrazolopyrimidines. Product Application: 3-Aminopyrazole was used in the spectroscopic characterization of ferrocenoyl peptides via 1H-NMR spectroscopy. It was also used in the synthesis of: symmetrical dialkylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines via condensation with symmetrical β-diketones; 3,4-annelated coumarins; heterocyclic compounds of pharmaceutical interest; pyrazolopyrimidines.
