Used as chelating agent and formaldehyde absorbent in photosensitive materials. 5. 2-Imidazolidonecan also be used to synthesize penicillin, mezlocillin acid, aloxicillin acid, plant growth regulator, fungicide, inhibitor and herbicide, and can also be used as an intermediate of anti schistosomiasis drugs. 6.
