Production method and others: by amantadine into salt, refined.Adding amantadine in glass lining;Distilled water and activated carbon.Add hydrochloric acid, adjust to pH 3-5, heat to 70℃, dissolve and decolorize for half an hour, cool to room temperature, filter.The filtrate is pumped into a pressure-reduced concentration tank and condensed at (14.7kPa) to a porridge shape, cooled naturally and filtered.Add acetone to soak and wash to pH5, drain and dry at 70℃ to get amantadine hydrochloride.
