Fmoc-D-Ala-OH·H2O is a common amino acid class of organic synthons, which is generally soluble in N,N-Dimethylformamide, Dimethyl Sulfoxide and Alcohol solvents, and has poor solubility in water.
Fmoc-amino acids, used in peptide synthesis, used as an organic synthesis intermediate, pharmaceutical intermediate, biochemical reagent or chemical reagent.
Fmoc-D-Alanine Monohydrate, the most common application is to convert the carboxyl group into an acid chloride, and then to link the molecular fragment carried by the amino acid to the target molecule by synthesizing an amide or ester compound. In addition, carboxyl groups can also be converted into active functional groups such as hydroxyl groups and aldehyde groups.
