1-Boc-3-Hydroxyazetidine (CAS: 141699-55-0) can be used as a pharmaceutical synthesis intermediate and can be prepared by four steps from Epichlorohydrin and tert-Butylamine. 1-Boc-3-Hydroxyazetidine can be used to prepare another pharmaceutical intermediate 1-Boc-3-Azetidinone (CAS: 398489-26-4). 1-Boc-3-Hydroxyazetidine is a non-cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). 1-Boc-3-Hydroxyazetidine is also a alkyl chain-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs.
